Seminar on `EARTH PEOPLE`organized
Dimapur, Aug 31 A seminar on EARTH PEOPLE was organized in the precincts of Don Bosco Provincial house, Dimapur on 21 August 2010 by the CRI Dimapur Unit. The session began at 9.00 a.m. with the words of introduction by the CRI President of Dimapur unit Fr. C. J. Sebastian sdb. It was animated by Dr. Oliver CMI. Philosophical Symposium on Ecology and Religion
Hyderabad, Aug 27 A half-day Philosophical symposium on Ecology and the role of different religions, especially Christianity, in the preservation of the Nature, was organized at St John`s Regional Seminary, Kondadaba on August 27, 2010. The six papers presented by the students themselves, formed the backbone of the symposium triggering an avalanche of questions and suggestions for immediate action. DBYES Ranchi reaches out to the Dioceses of Jharkhand in youth Ministry
New Delhi, Aug 20 A group of 20 youth animators (Priests, Sisters, Youth Leaders) of the four dioceses of Jharkhand underwent a four day training programme on ``Skills in Youth Ministry`` at Don Bosco Youth & Educational Services, Ranchi from 8th - 12th August 2010. Organized by the Archdiocese of Ranchi, it was a live-in-experience to get equipped and empowered with skills necessary for working with youth. Fr.
