</title>
<description>
DB ARK successfully completed the third phase of its innovative program Voice Of Children (VOC-3) at Don Bosco Animation and Research Kendra (DB ARK), Okhla, New Delhi. `Voice of Children (VOC)` is a revolutionary concept developed in a special program by DB ARK and its Director, Fr. Joe Arimpoor, sdb based on the experience of working with the Young at Risk. It is a well-planned and designed intervention aimed at helping the children to identify their ``brokenness`` and accompany them to ``wholeness``. This `Passage to Wholeness` program is planned in six phases of VOC-1 to VOC-6. This month DB ARK completed the third phase, VOC-3, for 63 children in three batches; two for the boys, and one for the girls, of Don Bosco Ashalayam and Snehalaya centres of New Delhi.
